The site and its original content, features, and services are owned by Dream by Beam Engraving and are protected by international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website.
We will always try to ensure that our Website is available 24/7, however, we will not be liable if the website is unavailable at any time.
Occasionally, we also provide third-party links for your own convenience. We do not endorse the contents of these website and are not responsible in any way for them. If you decide to access and third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.
If you use any third party copyright material in any Personalized Product, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you seek permission from the copyright owner of said material. We will not accept any liability for any customer provided content that infringes upon third party copyright laws. You, the customer, will be held responsible for any fees and third party charges that we have to pay to a third party because of any copyright infringement and you will be liable to reimburse these payments in full.
The current act for copyright law is 'Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988'. Information on what material and content this act covers and if the copyright still applies to the content can be found here.
By providing us with the content or material for use on personalized products (including but not limited to photographs, custom design, custom graphics and text), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute or communicate to the public that content or material solely for the purpose of performing our obligations under these Terms and exercising any rights you may grant to us. Please note that we may modify the provided content or material in order to confirm it to the requirements of the product that you have ordered.
The rights and ownership of the content or material will remain yours, or the person who gave you permission to use the content.
How we may contact you:
How to place an order:
In order to place an order with us, you must create an online account (Dream by Beam Account). You must provide us with your real name and a valid email address. An order is placed when the 'Checkout' button is pressed and the payment process has been completed by means of your nominated payment method. An order confirmation will then be sent to you via email detailing your order and any other information we are required to provide to you.
Accepting your order:
Upon the receipt of our confirmation email, the acceptance of your order will take place.
If we cannot accept your order:
There may be exceptional circumstances where we cannot accept your order. This may also happen after you have received our confirmation email for your order. If this happens for any reason, we will contact you immediately to let you know of the reason and you will be provided with a full refund (unless an alternative resolution can be found agreed to by both you and Dream by Beam). Such situations may include but are not limited to the following:
The product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
We have found an error regarding the set-up of the product on our website such as price or description.
A promotional offer or discount code has been used outside of the valid promotion period.
We suspect that the order has been placed by a person under the age of 18.
We suspect that the product has been ordered fraudulently.
We have found an error relating to the content you have provided to us including corrupted or unsupported files and images. Additionally we may also contact you for cases where we have received content from you that is of low quality (i.e. low resolution or pixelated).

Price and Payment:
We take care to ensure that the price of the product advised on the product page is correct. However, it is possible that a product may be incorrectly priced. If a product is priced higher than the stated price (the price you paid), we will charge the stated price. If a product is priced lower than the stated price (the price you paid), we will contact you immediately and receive your instruction to resolve the issue. Dispatch and Delivery:
The estimated lead time for our products is 7-8 working days. However for larger orders, this may be longer and we will notify you either by the email or telephone you provide us with if this is the case. We cannot always guarantee delivery dates or times. We will make you aware of any delivery charges before you place your order (the prices of our products do not include delivery cost).
Products are delivered by Royal Mail (other third-party couriers may be used occasionally).
If our supply, production or delivery is delayed by an event outside of our control (which includes but is not limited to acts of God, epidemics or pandemics, war, fire, loss of utility, industrial action etc.), then we will contact you as soon as possible by the telephone or email you provided to us.
You own a product which is goods once we have received payment in full. The goods shall then be your responsibility from the time we deliver or attempt to deliver of the product to the address you gave us.
To make delivery within our estimated lead time, we must be provided with a valid delivery address. Failure to do so, may delay the delivery of the product.
Making Changes to your order:
We may allow you to make changes to your order by contacting us either by phone, email or by our Contact Us page. When contacting us, please provide us with your order number so we can answer your query as quickly as possible. Firstly, we will let you know if the change is possible and then we will advise on any changes that we will have to make including pricing and delivery if applicable. You must then provide us with confirmation that you would still like to go ahead with the change.
Your right to change your mind:
This section is in relation to 'The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013'.
For most goods that are bought online (non-personalized products), you have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a full refund. For personalized products, you do not have the right to change your mind.
Returns and Refunds:
We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs by the method you used for payment within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you. In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind.
For personalized products, if a product is faulty, please contact us and provide us with a photo of the faulty product. We will then ask you to send the item back to us (at our cost). If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you paid for the product via the same payment method that you paid us with. Alternatively, we will discuss if you would like the product to be remade and resent free of charge. Please note that we do not offer both a refund and a resend.
Refunds will not be provided if the product fault is a result of your own actions including product misuse or if the personalization is misspelt or if the content provided was of low quality. Please see our Tips and Rules for Personalization to avoid this scenario.
If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.
